Yes. RTT isn't relationship counselling or couples therapy. Instead, it helps identify and change the subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns and protective responses that may be affecting the way you connect with others. As those patterns change, many people find their relationships become healthier, calmer and more fulfilling.

Absolutely. Many relationship patterns develop over many years, often without us realising it. No matter how long you've experienced these challenges, change is possible by understanding and changing the beliefs beneath them.

Yes. I regularly work with couples, but each person is seen individually rather than together.
This approach allows each partner to explore their own thoughts, emotions and relationship patterns in complete confidence, without worrying about how their openness may affect the other person or the relationship.
Each person's sessions remain strictly confidential. Nothing discussed in an individual session is shared with the other partner unless you choose to do so.
By helping each person understand and change the subconscious patterns they bring into the relationship, many couples experience healthier communication, greater understanding and more positive ways of relating to one another.

Many clients experience significant improvements after just one RTT session. Some people choose additional sessions if they have multiple issues or would like support with other areas of their life. During your consultation, we'll discuss what's right for you.

You feel very relaxed and calm, both emotionally and physically. You are fully aware and in control of what is happening and have a heightened ability to focus.

You'll receive a personalised hypnosis recording designed specifically for you to listen to for at least 21 days. We'll also have follow-up support to reinforce the work we've done and help turn new beliefs into lasting habits.

No. You remain in control throughout the entire session. Hypnosis isn't mind control, and you can't be made to do or say anything against your wishes. You're simply in a relaxed state where your mind is more receptive to positive change.

Yes. I work with clients both in person and online. RTT is highly effective online, and I've successfully helped clients in more than 30 countries. For people struggling with anxiety it is often even more effective to work online, because people often relax more easliy in the comfort of their own home
