In today’s fast-paced and high-pressure world, stress has become a common companion for many. While a moderate level of stress can motivate us to take necessary actions, an overwhelming sense of stress can be paralysing, hindering our ability to stay calm and focused when needed. What’s more, constant stress takes a huge toll on both our physical and emotional well-being. The Body is not designed to be in a constant state of stress; sooner or later, stress will lead to significant issues for your well-being. 

We cannot necessarily control the events that are causing us stress. We can, however, develop the ability to deal with stress. Using RTT, I give people the ability to take stressful situations in their stride, be more resilient, and keep emotionally and physically calm.
