During your appointment

Giving you the answers
The appointment will last between 1.5 and 2

hours. We will go through the following steps

1. Confirm the goal. We will discuss and confirm what you want to achieve
2. The hypnosis . You will enter a deep state of relaxation of the mind in which you are receptive and able to understand the cause of your issue
3. Identification of the root cause of your issue. We will understand why you acquired this limiting belief or behaviour

After your appointment

Locking in the change
After our appointment I will send you a recording to listen to. You will need to listen to this recording every day for 21 days to make your new thoughts and responses familiar and embedded in you.
I am there to support you for the 21 day period and we will schedule checkpoints.

Just 2 hours with me can make life changing results. It will be one of the best investments that you ever make in yourself.
4. Reframe your response . We can’t change the event that gave rise to your issue. We can however change how you see and respond to what happened and put it in the past
5. Give you new and empowering beliefs. You will create new beliefs and habits that enable you to become the person you want to be
Why is RTT different to other therapies?

RTT gets to the root casue of the issue. It uses hypnosis to understand the subconscious belief that you formed earlier in your life but that is no longer useful to you.

RTT is a hybrid methodology and is more comprehensive than standard hypnotherapy. It combines the best of methods like Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) alongside hypnotherapy.

People love RTT because it meets the needs of our 21st-century lives. It finds the problem and delivers the fix quickly. With RTT you are not in therapy for months and years. It is not about woolly, flowery words and walking through meadows smelling flowers. RTT gets to the issue quickly and moves you on equally quickly
